The file has incomplete historical records, multiple people have touched it, and an outgoing bookkeeper is preparing a final general ledger and handoff. I need someone who can quickly assess QBO, separate verified transactions from unsupported items, and prepare a clean package for CPA review. AI workflow experience is also required due to the amount of Documents, but everything resides within Gsuite. You should be comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, QBO AI, or similar tools to speed up documentation, transcript/context review, issue spotting, and missing-record organization. AI should support your accounting judgment, not replace it. This is not legal advice or tax filing. Scope: * Review final GL, QBO reports, notes, and workpapers. * Review QBO coding, bank/credit card records, reconciliations, and source-document gaps. * Identify verified, unsupported, unreconciled, and missing items. * Review notes/transcripts/screenshots/context as needed. * Create a missing-records matrix and concise handoff memo.
