## AI-Powered Organic Growth Specialist We are seeking a marketer to lead organic user acquisition for an AI-powered commercial real estate underwriting platform. This role will create and distribute AI-assisted product demos, social media posts, short-form videos, and case studies that show how the platform works and why it matters. The goal is to reach commercial real estate investors, analysts, brokers, and lenders and convert that attention into qualified users. ### Responsibilities * Build and execute an organic growth strategy. * Create product demos and marketing content using AI. * Repurpose content across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, email, and industry communities. * Test messaging and track traffic, signups, demos, and activation. ### Ideal Candidate A marketer who has become obsessed with using agentic AI to operate like a one-person company. You should be equally comfortable developing strategy, creating content, producing product demos, automating workflows, and analyzing results. Experience in B2B software, finance, fintech, or commercial real estate is preferred. Success will be measured by qualified audience growth, product adoption, and the creation of a repeatable organic acquisition engine.
