VPN and Network Specialist for Reliable Multi-Solution Remote Connectivity in Europe & Iran

I am looking for an experienced VPN and network specialist to design, configure, test a reliable remote-connectivity setup for extended travel in Europe and Iran. I am based in Canada and may need to work remotely while visiting family in Iran and Europe. My preferred option is using my corporate laptop. I also have the option of using a personal laptop and connecting through Citrix. The objective is to establish three or four independent connectivity options so I am not dependent on one VPN provider, server or internet connection. The setup should provide strong IP and DNS leak protection, automatic fail-safe behaviour and stable performance for Microsoft Teams, Citrix, screen sharing and normal business applications. Existing Equipment I have and has been configured (want to keep): A MikroTik-based solution was configured for me in 2024 using: MikroTik RB4011iGS+RM MikroTik hAP ax² Two routers and a server Two SmartNet nodes Solutions to Configure Potentially I'm considering: - GL.iNet Flint 2 with NordVPN Dedicated IP, one Canadian and one European location. - Separate OpenVPN and WireGuard/NordLynx configurations where supported. - ExpressVPN Aircove with OpenVPN and WireGaurd - ExpressVPN or another dedicated/static-IP solution to work on a personal laptop. - Obfuscated or censorship-resistant protocols suitable for restrictive networks. - Other practical solutions you recommend, including a privately hosted VPN, home-hosted Canadian connection or remote desktop solution. I want multiple solutions configured and tested so I can determine which provides the best reliability, latency, security and ease of use. Voice and Microsoft Teams: My previous setup (Mikrotik) sometimes experienced sudden increases in ping and jitter, causing poor Teams audio and dropped connections. I would also like recommendations for a Canadian VoIP or telephone-based solution that could improve meeting audio. For example, a Canadian DID, VoIP.ms, SIP application, call forwarding or Teams dial-in rather than routing all voice traffic through a long-distance VPN tunnel. Required Support I have limited networking experience, so I'm not looking for consultation or written instructions alone. I need hands-on assistance like: Equipment recommendations. Router, VPN, server and obfuscation configuration. IP, DNS, IPv6 and WebRTC leak prevention. Kill switch and fail-safe configuration.
