Vacant Land Lead Generation/Buyers list Curation

I am looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to help build and curate high-quality buyer lists for vacant land deals. This role is not simply data entry. I need someone who can research, identify, and organize real potential buyers for vacant land, including investors, builders, developers, neighboring landowners, land agents, cash buyers, and other active buyers in specific markets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who already has their own process for finding and qualifying leads. I do not currently have a step-by-step system for you to follow, so I need someone who can bring structure, initiative, and problem-solving to the role. Responsibilities may include: Researching active land buyers in specific counties/markets Building organized buyer lists with names, phone numbers, emails, mailing addresses, websites, and notes Finding buyers through public records, recent sales, Facebook groups, land listing sites, county records, Google, LinkedIn, and other sources Identifying land investors, builders, developers, agents, and neighboring property owners Verifying lead quality instead of just collecting random contacts Organizing leads in Google Sheets or Excel Adding notes about buyer type, activity level, market focus, and potential motivation Helping create a repeatable lead-mining process over time Requirements: Experience with lead generation, data research, skip tracing, or real estate buyer list building Strong research skills Ability to work independently without needing constant direction Comfortable finding creative ways to source buyer leads Good attention to detail Ability to qualify leads, not just collect names Familiarity with vacant land, real estate investing, wholesaling, or acquisitions is a plus Experience using Google Sheets, Excel, county property records, Facebook, Zillow, LandWatch, Land.com, Realtor.com, or similar tools is a plus Important: Please do not apply if you only know how to follow a basic list of instructions.
