Vacant Land Outreach Specialist (Remote, Contract)

We are looking for a detail-oriented outreach specialist to help connect vacant land listing agents with our AI-powered development platform. Our software helps buyers, builders, and developers instantly understand what can be built on a parcel. We generate reports showing zoning insights, home plans, estimated values, development potential, and comparable sales. Your role is simple: identify newly listed vacant lots, generate reports using our platform, and personally reach out to listing agents. Responsibilities • Review newly listed vacant land opportunities in assigned markets • Generate SmartBuild reports using our software • Research listing agents and brokers • Send personalized emails introducing the report and platform • Track outreach activity in a spreadsheet or CRM • Follow outreach procedures and messaging templates • Report daily activity and results Requirements • Excellent written English • Strong attention to detail • Comfortable working with web-based software • Ability to research and personalize messages • Experience with real estate, land, development, or lead generation is a plus • Reliable internet connection Success Metrics • Number of qualified lot listings reviewed • Number of personalized emails sent • Open rates • Response rates • Meetings generated Compensation • Hourly or fixed weekly contract available • Performance bonuses available for qualified meetings generated Work Schedule • Remote • Flexible hours • Approximately 10–30 hours per week initially About IQLand IQLand helps people answer one simple question: "What can I build on this lot?"
