Valuation Analyst (SaaS & AI Products)

Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Valuation Analyst to lead the valuation of SaaS and AI businesses, products, and technology assets. The role involves financial modelling, valuation analysis, market research, and supporting strategic initiatives including fundraising, M&A, and investments. Key Responsibilities Valuation & Financial Analysis • Perform valuations of SaaS, AI, and technology businesses • Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess enterprise value, equity value, and investment returns. • Analyze recurring revenue business models and forecast future performance. SaaS & AI Business Assessment • Evaluate SaaS-specific metrics • Assess AI business economics Transaction Support • Support fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and portfolio reviews. • Assist in due diligence processes and preparation of investment memorandums. • Review management forecasts, business plans, and growth assumptions. Reporting & Stakeholder Management • Prepare valuation reports, presentations, and investment recommendations. • Present findings to senior management, investors, auditors, and external stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with applicable valuation standards and financial reporting requirements. Must Have • Bachelor’s degree in finance accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in Business valuation, • Strong expertise in financial modelling and valuation methodologies. • Solid understanding of SaaS business economics and AI industry trends. • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Nice to have • Experience valuing SaaS, AI, technology, or high-growth startup businesses. • Exposure to fundraising, M&A transactions, and strategic investment analysis.
