We are looking for an experienced AI Video Ads Creator who can generate high-quality video ads at scale for our brand. This role will focus on creating performance-driven video content for paid ads, organic social, and product marketing. We are looking for someone who understands short-form video, ad structure, hooks, product storytelling, and how to create multiple creative iterations quickly. Responsibilities Create AI-generated video ads from scratch Repurpose existing brand videos into new ad variations Build multiple creative iterations using different hooks, formats, angles, and visuals Create videos designed for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other paid media channels Maintain strong visual quality and brand consistency Deliver videos within agreed turnaround times Suggest new creative concepts and ad formats based on what performs well Requirements Experience creating AI-generated videos for brands or companies Experience with video ads, short-form content, or DTC/e-commerce products Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, captions, product storytelling, and conversion-focused creatives Ability to create content at scale while maintaining quality Ability to work with existing footage and turn it into multiple new versions Portfolio or examples of previous AI video ads required What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who can support ongoing video production and help us create a steady flow of new ad creatives.
