Video Producer — Script, Screen-Record (OBS) & Edit to Production-Ready.

We need a reliable, detail-oriented video producer to run our recorded-call pipeline end to end. Actors are already sourced for you by a dedicated teammate — your job is everything from the call to the finished, production-ready clip. On each session you'll host a recorded Zoom or Google Meet call, share the script, direct the actor through takes, and request retakes as needed. You'll screen-record the delivery with OBS in clean 1080p+ quality with good audio and no on-screen clutter. Afterward you'll edit the recording — cut out product screens or footage that isn't needed, tighten the pacing, and export a polished, production-ready video. You'll then label, organize, and upload finished recordings to our shared drive using a consistent naming convention, and keep a simple tracker of script, actor, date, status, and file link. You should also be comfortable writing eye-catching, engaging scripts. We'll provide examples and direction, and you'll use Claude / AI tools to draft and refine them quickly — so you need hands-on experience prompting AI, not just copying output. Part of the prep is generating short AI videos from our actors' photos. Using Artlist's AI video tools, you'll turn an actor's photo into a quick video clip that we use as a hook inside our software. It's a simple, repeatable process once you know the tool — but you need to already know how to do it, or be able to pick it up fast. Strong software awareness is a must. You'll need to learn and confidently use our own app as part of the work, so you should pick up new software fast and understand it well enough to demo it on camera. Requirements: fluent English; confidence directing people live on camera; a proven OBS screen-recording setup; video editing skills (cutting, trimming, exporting production-ready clips); hands-on experience using Claude or similar AI tools to generate/refine scripts; ability to generate short AI videos from photos with Artlist (or learn it quickly); strong software fluency and the ability to learn our app quickly; reliable high-speed internet; and a quiet space. Strong organization is essential. This is ongoing work with steady volume, starting with a paid 1–2 session trial. In your proposal, please include: relevant video/editing experience, the recording and editing software you use, a sample screen recording and/or edited clip, an example of a script you've written (or how you'd use AI to write one), your time zone, and your weekly availability.
