Video Editor Needed – Sync Pre-Edited Video with New Voiceover & Music (Ongoing)

I run a YouTube channel and need a reliable editor for ongoing work. For each video, I'll send a pre-built video (visuals only — no music, no voiceover) along with a script and a new voiceover recording. Your job is to re-edit the visuals to match the new voiceover and music. This is recurring — if we're a good fit, expect regular video work, not just a one-time gig. What I'll provide for each video: Base video file Final voiceover audio (recorded from my script) Music track(s) What you'll do: Re-time/trim the existing visual so they match the pacing of the new voiceover Sync music, sound effects, and voiceover cleanly Re-cut or extend/trim scenes where the new VO timing doesn't match the original edit Add captions/subtitles if requested Export and deliver final file ready for YouTube upload Requirements: Experience editing YouTube long-form videos (documentary/explainer/listicle style a plus) Comfortable with CapCut Pro (what I use) or Premiere Pro Strong sense of pacing — matching cuts to voiceover rhythm, not just dropping audio in Reliable turnaround and clear communication, since this will be a recurring workflow Payment: $0.50 USD per minute of the final delivered video (e.g., a 20-minute final video = $10).
