Summary

About the Project We produce short-form B2B product videos (45 seconds) for a fixed-income electronic trading platform (fintech/SaaS). Each video follows a rigid four-act structure with precisely timed beats, hard-coded transitions, and a split Premiere Pro / After Effects build. The first video in the series — "Trading Agility | AI Capabilities" — is provided as a complete reference project. Your job is to use that project as the visual and editorial template for all subsequent videos. Script Structure (representative of all videos) Each video arrives as a structured Markdown script with: Named acts (A → D) and beats (A1, A2, B1…) with exact elapsed timecodes Per-beat columns: transition type, visual description, voice-over text, duration, timing target Named transition recipes (Hard Cut, Dip to Black, Cross Dissolve, Speed Ramp, J-cut) Edit spec section defining exactly which elements are built in After Effects vs assembled in Premiere Production notes covering music arc, on-screen text rules, and timing-critical lines This is not a creative brief — it is an engineering spec. Your job is execution, not interpretation. What We Provide Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects template project built from the first video in the series — includes intro/outro, act-boundary transitions, motion graphic components (Dynamic Link), lower-thirds, color grade, and audio structure Video script (Markdown, structured as above — sample attached to this posting) Screen-capture / UI footage with raw voice-over (to be replaced by AI-generated speech) B-roll footage per scene (flashing prices montage, RFQ grid, desk shots) Brand assets (SoftSolutions logo, fonts, color tokens) Your Deliverables For each video: After Effects compositions for all UI motion elements (per the script's edit spec): animated grid elements, flag sequences, panel slide-ins, state changes, speed-ramp source clips Premiere Pro assembly using Dynamic Link from AE: act-boundary transitions, audio, VO sync, speed ramps AI-generated voice-over replacing all raw audio — broadcast-ready quality, paced to 130 wpm, synced frame-accurately to the timeline Final export: H.264 MP4, 1920×1080, 30fps, ≥8 Mbps Source files delivered: .prproj + .aep, organized and labeled Required Skills Adobe Premiere Pro — mandatory; project files are ADPP native Adobe After Effects — mandatory; UI motion elements are AE + Dynamic Link, not Premiere transitions AI text-to-speech (ElevenLabs, Adobe Podcast, Murf, or equivalent) — voice must be broadcast-quality, not robotic Audio mixing: J-cuts, Constant Power crossfades, dialogue/music/SFX balance Frame-accurate editing: timing-critical lines (some beats have ≤0.5 sec headroom) Ability to read and execute a structured editorial spec without creative deviation Nice to Have Experience with SaaS / fintech product demos Familiarity with trading UI (grids, RFQ workflows) — helps with visual storytelling Experience with Optical Flow slow-motion (used for confirm-click beat at 60fps source) Timeline First video (onboarding): 5 business days after template + assets delivered Subsequent videos: 3 business days per episode How to Apply Please submit: - Two short-form edited samples (30–60 sec) — at least one must include AI-generated voice-over - One example showing template-guided work — a project where you matched a pre-defined visual identity, not your own creative direction - Your preferred AI TTS tool and a brief note on how you handle timing drift between AI audio and video beats - Confirmation you have both Premiere Pro and After Effects with Dynamic Link experience
