AI-Savvy Video Editor for Ecom Brand — UGC, VSLs & Multi-Style Creatives We're a growing ecommerce brand looking for a full-time creative video editor who can hit the ground running. You should already know what you're doing — we're not here to train anyone. If you can turn briefs into scroll-stopping ad creatives, work fast, and use AI to do it, let's talk. The role Produce ad creatives across many styles, with a daily target of at least 3 briefs (ideally 3–5). Hitting this consistently is how we measure success — speed and reliability matter as much as creativity. Styles you should already be able to make Voiceover ads, UGC and AI UGC, VSLs, and 3D animation looks (mascot characters, pixel/voxel, knitted/felted, claymation, etc.). You'll move between many styles, not just one. Using AI AI is a core part of how we work. You should be comfortable using tools like Claude, ElevenLabs, and Flow by Google to generate references, scenes, voiceovers, and styled assets, then editing them into polished ads. Workflow You'll manage briefs and feedback in tools like Trello, Frame.io, and Google Docs, so you should already be comfortable working in them. What we're looking for A reliable editor who can hit 3+ briefs a day, has real range across styles, communicates well, and knows the basics of ecommerce. You should understand visual hooks and thumb-stoppers — what actually makes someone stop scrolling — and have a sharp sense of pacing. Portfolio Show us real ecom ad work — UGC, VSLs, AI creatives.
