AI Video Editor for Ecom Brand

We are seeking a skilled AI Video Ad Creator / Editor for our eCommerce kitchenware brand. We’re looking for someone long-term who can help us create high-performing video ads for Meta and other paid social platforms. There is strong growth opportunity for someone who consistently contributes to better creative output and performance. About the role: • Create 30–60 second video ads for eCommerce products • Work with brand assets, product images, ad concepts, and copywriting provided by our team • Use AI video/image tools to generate fresh, unique ad creatives • Edit videos with strong hooks, pacing, captions, music/voiceover, and clear CTAs • Test different formats and video styles such as AI UGC, podcasts, animations, VSLs, etc. • Bring your own creative ideas to improve scripts, visuals, angles, and overall ad performance What we’re looking for: • Experience creating video ads for Meta, TikTok, or eCommerce brands • Strong understanding of direct-response creative, not just nice-looking edits • Experience with AI tools for video/image generation • Ability to create multiple ad variations for testing • Good English communication and attention to detail • Reliable weekly availability (Looking to start with 20 hours during trial period, and increase to full time if possible afterwards) Starting rate: $8–10/hour with room to increase based on performance, and also a bonus structure tied to ad performance.
