About the Role We're a startup gearing up for launch, and we need a skilled video editor to help us create scroll-stopping content, fast. Must understand luxury and our competitors. ****** Instagram Reels and Instagram Stories Promotional and concept videos AI-generated video content (editing/enhancing AI-assisted footage) General social media video content What We're Looking For Proven experience editing short-form LUXURY/ARTISTIC video for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, or similar). Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and storytelling for the first 3 seconds Comfortable working with motion graphics, captions/subtitles, sound design, and color correction Bonus: experience editing or incorporating AI-generated video/footage Fast turnaround and clear communication, we're moving quickly and need someone who can keep up A portfolio or reel demonstrating recent work Compensation Paid per-project or hourly (rate open to discussion based on experience), plus meaningful upside as the company grows.
