About the project We're producing a 4–7 minute VSL (video sales letter) that will live on a landing page. The goal is specific: get Norwegian clinic owners to book a meeting with us. Traffic comes from paid ads, so viewers are cold — the video has to hook them early and hold them all the way to the CTA. The raw footage is talking-head recordings. We need an editor who understands that editing in a VSL is a conversion factor, not just polish. What we're looking for A clear through-line: the video should build one argument from hook to CTA with no detours. If something in the raw footage doesn't move the viewer forward, it should be cut. Engagement across the full runtime: dynamic pacing, cuts, zooms and reframing that hold attention without feeling frantic. A professional tone: this is B2B aimed at healthcare businesses. Clean, credible and calm — no hype, no countdown timers, no aggressive "guru" style.
