Video Editor for Paid 92-Second Art-History Audition

We are creating Primavera, a new faceless YouTube channel built around clear, engaging visual stories about paintings. This is a paid audition to edit one supplied 92-second art-history sequence. The fixed fee is USD 35 and includes one consolidated revision. You will receive: • Locked narration and audio • The master artwork and selected crops • A timecoded production script • Simple optional graphics • Rights and delivery instructions The painting should do most of the storytelling. We are looking for intelligent, visually precise editing with strong composition, rhythm and judgment, not generic documentary footage, decorative effects or excessive motion graphics. The attached two-page PDF contains the complete public-facing editor brief and production script, so you can understand the audition fully before applying. The remaining files will be supplied only after you accept an offer, the contract is active and the USD 35 milestone has been funded. For the right person, this may lead to an ongoing relationship producing 8–10-minute art-history videos, potentially every one to two weeks. Future volume is intended but not guaranteed. The recurring role must plausibly fit within approximately USD 150 all-in per completed video. This would include editing and controlled AI-voice generation from a supplied script, with the exact workflow agreed together. We value excellent work, honest communication and reliability. Written communication should normally be sufficient; a call would only be needed if an important ambiguity cannot be resolved clearly in writing.
