Summary

We are a direct-to-consumer mattress brand looking to hire an experienced AI video ad creator / performance creative specialist to help us develop high-converting video ads using platforms such as Creatify.ai, Arcads.ai, and similar AI video/ad creation tools. As a business owner, I have been exploring tools like Creatify and Arcads, but I have not had the time to fully dive into them, test them, and build a repeatable process. I am looking for someone who already has hands-on experience with these platforms and understands how to use AI-generated avatars, scripts, hooks, advertorial-style creative, UGC-style videos, and direct-response ad frameworks to produce compelling ads. The goal is to create video ads using myself and other AI avatars/spokespeople to promote our mattress brand across Meta, Google/YouTube, social media, and paid advertising channels. This could become a long-term project for the right person, but we would like to start with an initial project to see how well we work together and what kind of results we can create. What We Need Help With We are looking for someone who can guide us through the AI video ad creation process from strategy to finished ad creatives, including: Recommending the best AI video tools for our needs, including Creatify.ai, Arcads.ai, or other relevant platforms Creating AI-generated video ads using avatars, voiceovers, product visuals, and scripts Helping us use myself and/or other avatars as spokesperson-style talent Developing direct-response video ad concepts for a DTC mattress brand Writing or improving hooks, scripts, headlines, and calls-to-action Creating advertorial-style video ads, UGC-style ads, founder-led ads, testimonial-style ads, comparison ads, and problem/solution ads Building multiple creative variations for testing Optimizing ads for Meta, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads, TikTok-style placements, and other social platforms Advising on ad structure, length, pacing, captions, thumbnails, and platform-specific best practices Helping us create a repeatable workflow for producing AI-generated ads efficiently Ideal Candidate The ideal person will have: Proven experience creating AI-generated video ads Hands-on experience with Creatify.ai, Arcads.ai, HeyGen, Synthesia, Captions, Runway, ElevenLabs, or similar AI video tools Strong understanding of performance marketing and direct-response advertising Experience creating video ads for ecommerce, DTC brands, wellness, sleep, home products, consumer products, or similar categories Experience creating ads for Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and paid social Ability to write compelling ad scripts with strong hooks and conversion-focused messaging Understanding of UGC-style, advertorial-style, founder-led, spokesperson, testimonial, and comparison ad formats Ability to test different angles, hooks, and creative formats Strong communication skills and ability to walk us through the process Ability to move quickly and create multiple versions for testing Experience with mattress, sleep, home goods, wellness, or health-related brands is a major plus. Project Goals For the initial project, we would like to: Review our brand, current messaging, product benefits, customer objections, and target audience Identify the best AI video tools and workflow for our needs Develop several video ad concepts and scripts Create initial AI-generated video ad variations Prepare ads for use on Meta, Google/YouTube, and social media Establish a repeatable system for ongoing creative production and testing If the first project goes well, we would like to continue working together on ongoing creative testing and ad production. Deliverables May Include AI video ad strategy and tool recommendation Video ad scripts and hooks AI avatar/spokesperson videos Founder-style videos using my likeness/avatar, if applicable Advertorial-style video ads UGC-style short-form video ads Multiple ad variations for A/B testing Captions/subtitles Platform-ready exports in proper formats Recommendations for testing angles, audiences, and creative iterations Requirements Please apply only if you have real experience creating AI-generated video ads for paid advertising. Some possible angles include: Founder explaining the product Sleep problem / solution ads Mattress comparison ads Customer testimonial-style ads “Why I switched” ads Advertorial-style educational ads Myth-busting sleep or mattress ads Offer-driven direct response ads Objection-handling ads Short-form social videos with strong hooks We want someone who can bring both the AI production skills and the marketing strategy needed to create ads that actually convert — not just videos that look good.
