Video and Audio Podcast Editor

Each week you'll receive the raw recording from Riverside (30–60 minutes) and turn it into a polished, publish-ready episode. This includes cleaning up audio (removing filler words, long pauses, background noise, and leveling levels), adding our intro/outro and music, and editing the accompanying video for YouTube — cutting dead air, tightening pacing, and adding simple captions/graphics where appropriate. You'll also create a thumbnail for each episode. Requirements: Proven experience editing podcasts, ideally in a similar interview/conversation format Comfortable working with Riverside recordings/exports Strong audio mixing/mastering skills (noise reduction, EQ, leveling) Comfortable editing video for YouTube (cuts, basic captions, simple lower thirds) Ability to design clean, on-brand episode thumbnails Fast, consistent turnaround Good communication and ability to work independently from a style guide/reference episodes Bonus: experience with business/finance/investing content Scope & cadence: One episode per week, audio + video, ongoing (not a one-off project). We're looking for a long-term working relationship, not a single edit.
