Title: Vietnam Travel Concierge Coordinator (Part-Time) About Sen Sen is a WhatsApp-based travel concierge helping international travelers navigate Vietnam with confidence. We combine AI tools with local human support to coordinate transportation, activities, and travel assistance. Our mission is simple: “Be the trusted local contact travelers wish they had when visiting Vietnam.” We are currently preparing for a pilot launch in Hanoi and are looking for our first Travel Concierge Coordinator to help support travelers and manage day-to-day operations. Responsibilities • Monitor traveler inquiries and requests • Communicate with travelers in a friendly and professional manner • Coordinate airport transfers and transportation bookings • Assist with tourist activity requests and recommendations • Work with local vendors and service providers • Update booking statuses and internal records • Escalate unusual situations and customer issues when necessary • Help improve operational processes as the pilot grows Ideal Candidate • Based in Vietnam • Strong English communication skills • Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused • Comfortable using WhatsApp and web-based software • Organized and detail-oriented • Experience in tourism, hospitality, travel, customer service, or operations is a plus • Ability to solve problems independently and remain calm under pressure Examples of Situations You May Handle • A traveler’s flight is delayed and their driver needs to be informed • A customer needs help arranging transportation between cities • A traveler wants recommendations for activities in Hanoi • A vendor needs updated booking details • A customer has questions during their trip Compensation • Part-time pilot position • Monthly retainer during pilot phase • Opportunity for increased responsibilities as the business grows Why Join? • Be one of the first team members of an early-stage travel startup • Help shape operations from the ground up • Work directly with the founder • Flexible remote work • Opportunity to grow into a larger operations role as the company expands Application Questions 1.
