VINTED LISTING ASSISTANT AGREEMENT (20 LISTINGS PER DAY) Project Overview The objective is to prepare 20 high-quality listings per day while strictly following the instructions, formatting standards, image requirements, and workflow provided. Scope of Work 1. Listing Publication Process During the initial phase of the collaboration, all listings must be created and saved as drafts. The freelancer will: Create and prepare 20 listings per day. Upload all required images. Add the approved title. Add the approved description. Add the approved hashtags. Select the correct category. Select the correct size. Select the correct color. Set the correct price. Save each listing as a draft for review. No listing may be published without prior approval. Once the drafts are completed, I will review the work and verify that all requirements have been respected. After successful validation and consistent quality standards have been demonstrated, the freelancer may be granted access to a scheduling software that allows listings to be automatically published according to a predefined posting schedule. Access to the scheduling software is a privilege and may be revoked at any time if quality standards are not maintained. Any draft containing errors may be returned for correction before approval is granted. 2. Content Integration For each listing, the freelancer must: Copy and paste the approved title. Copy and paste the approved description. Copy and paste the approved hashtag block. Respect the exact formatting provided. Follow all instructions related to the listing. No modifications are allowed unless explicitly approved. 3. Quality Control Before submitting a draft for validation, the freelancer must verify: No spelling mistakes. Correct image order. Correct measurements. Correct pricing. Correct category selection. Correct account selection. Correct size and color selection. All images display correctly. The product shown matches the listing information. All images should be uploaded in square format whenever possible. If converting an image to square format would reduce image quality, crop important parts of the product, or negatively affect the visual presentation, the original format must be preserved. No image may be stretched, distorted, compressed, or modified in a way that reduces quality. Any visible Gemini logo, watermark, AI label, signature, or branding element must be removed before submission. Final images must appear clean, professional, and free of any visible AI tool branding. The product must remain fully visible and accurately represented in every image. 4. Daily Reporting At the end of each working day, the freelancer must provide: Number of drafts completed. Number of accounts worked on. Any issue encountered during the process. Confirmation that the daily target has been completed. Publication Rules The freelancer must never: Modify titles without approval. Modify descriptions without approval. Modify hashtags without approval. Change prices without approval. Publish listings without approval. Delete listings without authorization. Share account credentials with third parties. Use personal accounts for project-related work. Share any project files, templates, or business information. Acceptance Criteria A listing is considered valid only if: ✅ Created on the correct account ✅ Contains the correct images ✅ Contains the correct title ✅ Contains the correct description ✅ Contains the correct hashtags ✅ Contains the correct price ✅ Contains the correct category ✅ Contains the correct size and color ✅ Free of Gemini logos, watermarks, or AI branding ✅ Approved after review Daily Target Required daily quota: 20 completed draft listings per day. Failure to meet the daily quota without prior notice may affect future collaboration. Confidentiality Agreement All information, templates, images, account access, publication methods, Google Drive folders, software access, internal processes, and business information remain strictly confidential. The freelancer agrees not to: Share any confidential information. Reuse any content outside this project. Copy, sell, distribute, or disclose internal processes. Grant access to third parties. Use project materials for personal or commercial purposes. This confidentiality obligation remains in effect even after the collaboration ends. Payment Terms Payment will be released only after: The daily quota has been completed. Draft listings have been reviewed. All required corrections have been completed. The listings pass validation. All project requirements have been respected. Work is considered completed only after approval. Repeated quality issues may result in restricted access to project tools or termination of the collaboration.
