About Us We're a growing commercial cleaning business based in Australia, servicing strata, office, and warehouse clients. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage our day-to-day admin, bookkeeping, and communications so we can keep focusing on delivering great service to our customers. What You'll Be Doing Bookkeeping & Finance (Xero) Managing invoicing and accounts receivable/payable in Xero Processing payroll General bookkeeping and reconciliation support Admin & Systems Inbox management (triaging, responding to routine emails, flagging priorities) Organizing and maintaining our Google Drive Managing our HubSpot CRM (updating records, tracking leads/customers, keeping data clean) Customer & Employee Communications Handling routine customer communications and enquiries Sending updates and messages to employees Supporting internal communications (schedules, reminders, general coordination) Nice to Have (Bonus) Experience with ConnectTeams (or similar workforce management tools) Experience approving timesheets and rostering staff What We're Looking For Proven experience with Xero (bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing) Strong written English for professional customer and employee communications Comfortable managing multiple systems (Xero, Google Drive, HubSpot, email) Organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Prior VA experience, ideally supporting an Australian small business (bonus, not essential)
