I am looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage day-to-day operations, customer success, and marketing support for a growing business. Responsibilities: Manage GoHighLevel CRM, pipelines, and workflows Update Notion boards and SOPs Build lead lists using Apollo.io Create simple Canva graphics Schedule and manage social media content Follow up with leads and onboard new clients Calendar, email, and general admin support Requirements: Experience with GoHighLevel (Required) Notion Apollo.io Canva Social media management Excellent communication and organization skills Able to work independently and meet deadlines Bonus: AI tools (ChatGPT) Automation experience CRM or customer success experience When applying, include: Your experience with the platforms above Your hourly rate Your availability Examples of similar work
