Summary

Hi, I’m looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help generate leads for my local home services business in NW London. Business name: Clear Flow Property Services Services: driveway cleaning, patio cleaning, gutter cleaning, moss/algae removal and exterior cleaning. I need help with a 7–14 day launch campaign to generate real quote enquiries from homeowners in NW London. Main tasks You will help with: * Researching local Facebook groups, community pages, Nextdoor areas and local online communities * Finding places where homeowners are active in NW London * Preparing and posting approved content where allowed * Managing posts, comments and messages through Meta Business Suite for the Clear Flow Property Services Facebook/Instagram page * Replying to basic comments and messages using scripts I provide * Directing interested people to contact me directly on WhatsApp * Reaching out politely to local estate agents, letting agents, gardeners, cleaners, handymen and property-related businesses * Tracking all activity and leads in a Google Sheet * Sending me daily updates with links, conversations and potential leads Important All customer enquiries must be directed to my WhatsApp number. You will not need to: * Give prices * Negotiate with customers * Promise availability * Give technical advice * Confirm bookings Your role is to create awareness, start polite conversations, and direct interested people to contact me directly for a quote. Target customer Homeowners aged 35–65 in NW London who have: * Dirty driveways * Green patios * Moss or algae * Slippery paths * Overflowing gutters * Homes they are preparing for guests, selling, renting or improving Areas to target Harrow, Pinner, Stanmore, Wembley, Edgware, Ruislip, Northwood, Hatch End, North Harrow, Rayners Lane and surrounding NW London areas. Goal for the first 7 days * 30 real conversations * 10 quote enquiries where the customer sends postcode + photos * A clear Google Sheet showing all outreach, groups, contacts and responses You must have * Good written English * Experience with lead generation, virtual assistant work or social media outreach * Ability to communicate without sounding spammy * Good organisation skills * Ability to follow scripts and instructions * Experience with UK local service businesses is a bonus Access You may be given limited access to Meta Business Suite for the Clear Flow Property Services Facebook/Instagram page. You will not receive access to my personal Facebook account. For Facebook groups where business pages cannot post, your role will be to research the group, prepare the post/comment, and I will post manually if needed. Budget Initial test: £50–£100 for 7 days, depending on experience and proposed work. If results are good, this can continue weekly. When applying, please answer: 1.
