Virtual Assistant – Live Camera Monitoring & Compliance

We're hiring a remote Virtual Assistant to monitor live security cameras at our facility and keep an eye on daily operations. What you'll be doing: Watching our live camera feeds and staying alert to what's happening across the facility Checking outbound orders against our shipping records and flagging anything that doesn't match Watching for compliance issues on the floor — things like protective gear not being worn, restricted areas being accessed, or standard procedures not being followed Logging basic observations like attendance and punctuality, strictly factual, no opinions Filling out an incident report and contacting a designated point of contact any time something needs attention You'll be trained on our camera system, order records, and what "compliant" looks like on our floor before working independently. This is a good fit if you: Can commit to a consistent, reliable daily schedule Have a stable internet connection and a quiet space to work uninterrupted Pay close attention to detail for long stretches without losing focus Communicate clearly in written English and can speak on a phone call in English if something urgent comes up
