We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant who can help generate leads through Facebook groups, Facebook Marketplace, and direct outreach to local businesses. **Responsibilities** * Engage in Facebook groups daily * Respond to posts from people seeking business funding, credit repair, or roofing services * Create and publish Facebook group posts * Post ads on Facebook Marketplace * Search for potential referral partners and local businesses * Send outreach messages through Facebook, email, and LinkedIn * Follow up with interested prospects * Track all leads and conversations in our CRM (GoHighLevel) * Schedule qualified appointments for our team **Requirements** * Excellent written English * Experience with Facebook groups and Facebook Marketplace * Experience with lead generation and outreach * Ability to start conversations naturally (no spamming) * Organized and detail-oriented * Familiarity with GoHighLevel is a plus * Experience in roofing, business funding, credit repair, or local service businesses is a plus **BONUS: We pay additional $20 per qualified appointment booked or $50 if a funding client or roofing job closes. **Daily Goals** * 50+ Facebook group engagements * 20+ direct outreach messages * 5+ qualified conversations per day * Appointment setting when prospects are interested **Compensation** Please include: 1.
