Virtual Assistant Needed for Creator Outreach in Pokémon / TCG / Collectibles Space
Worldwide
We are looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to help with creator outreach for MISPRINT, a Pokémon card marketplace and community brand. This role is focused on finding relevant creators, organizing them in Notion, sending approved outreach messages, monitoring replies, following up, and handing off warm conversations to the founder. The goal is simple: keep the creator pipeline clean, active, and organized so the founder only spends time on interested creators who are ready for a real conversation. You will be reaching out to creators across Instagram, TikTok, and email in the Pokémon, TCG, collectibles, card collecting, grading, trading, pack opening, marketplace commentary, and hobby content space. This is not a sales-closing role. You will not be negotiating deals, promising payment, sending contracts, approving deliverables, or posting content publicly. Your job is to source creators, start conversations, track everything properly, and hand off qualified creators once they show interest. Responsibilities: Find 10 relevant creators/accounts per working day in the Pokémon, TCG, collectibles, card collecting, grading, pack opening, and hobby content space. Add creator details into our MISPRINT Notion Creator Tracker before outreach. Send approved outreach messages through Instagram DMs, TikTok DMs, and email. 1. Monitor replies daily across all outreach channels. 2.Follow up with creators who do not respond. 3. Qualify whether a creator is actually interested. 4. Update Notion after every outreach attempt, follow-up, reply, and handoff. 5. Tag creators with the correct status and next action. Notify the founder when a creator is interested, qualified, and ready for handoff. Send a short daily report summarizing outreach activity. Creator Statuses You’ll Manage: Identified Need Contact Info Reached Out Follow-Up Needed Responded Interested Ready for Founder Handoff Founder in Conversation Deal Agreed Content in Progress Content Posted Ghosted Not Interested Bad Fit What a Qualified Creator Looks Like: They create content related to Pokémon cards, TCG, collectibles, grading, pack openings, marketplace commentary, card shows, collector education, or hobby culture. Their content quality is decent or better. Their audience appears real and relevant. They have posted recently. They respond professionally or with clear interest. They are open to learning more, joining the Discord, testing MISPRINT, creating content, or discussing a partnership. Audience size matters, but relevance matters more. A 5,000 follower creator with strong collector trust can be more valuable than a 100,000 follower account with no true card audience. You Should Be Good At: Finding niche creators on Instagram and TikTok. Writing short, human, non-spammy messages. Staying organized inside Notion or similar tools. Following a clear SOP. Tracking statuses accurately. Communicating professionally. Knowing when to escalate a conversation. Working independently without needing constant reminders. You Should Not: Mass-send robotic messages. Promise payment, free products, commissions, or partnership terms without approval. Negotiate final terms. Send contracts. Post publicly from MISPRINT accounts. Change brand messaging. Delete messages or creator records. Share passwords, links, or private company information. Argue with creators. Pressure creators. Tools You’ll Use: Instagram TikTok Email Notion Approved outreach templates Creator briefs or one-pagers when available Example Outreach Message: Hey [Name], came across your content and liked your Pokémon/card collecting posts. I’m helping with creator outreach for MISPRINT, a new community and marketplace brand being built around Pokémon cards, collecting, and cleaner buying/selling. We’re starting to connect with collectors and creators in the space. Would you be open to hearing more? Daily Report Format: New creators added: First messages sent: Follow-ups sent: Replies received: Interested creators: Creators ready for founder handoff: Issues / questions: Highest priority creators: Ideal Candidate: You are reliable, organized, and detail-oriented. You understand that the quality of the tracker matters as much as the outreach itself. You do not need to be a Pokémon expert, but you should be willing to learn the space quickly and understand the difference between a real collector audience and a generic content account. Experience with creator outreach, influencer research, TikTok/Instagram prospecting, Notion, or email outreach is a strong plus. To Apply: Please include: 1. Your experience with creator outreach, influencer research, or social media prospecting. 2. Any experience with Pokémon, TCG, collectibles, gaming, sports cards, or hobby communities. 3. The tools you have used before. 4. Your hourly rate. 5. How many creators you think you can properly source and track per day without sacrificing quality. Also, please include the phrase “clean pipeline” somewhere in your application so I know you read the full post.
