Virtual Assistant Needed for eBay-to-Walmart Online Arbitrage Product Research

I’m looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to research profitable online arbitrage opportunities by finding new products on eBay that can be resold on Walmart Marketplace. This is a product research role only. You will not purchase inventory, create listings, manage customer service, or fulfill orders. I will review the opportunities, purchase approved inventory, receive it at my warehouse, and fulfill Walmart orders directly. Product Criteria Each submitted opportunity should meet all of the following: Product is available on eBay in new condition Product has an active Walmart Marketplace listing Exact product match between eBay and Walmart Estimated Walmart sales volume of at least 10 units per month Minimum projected ROI of 30% Minimum net profit of approximately $8 per unit Profit calculation includes Walmart referral fees, shipping, and other relevant costs eBay seller has strong feedback and appears reliable No obvious authenticity, intellectual property, restricted-product, or brand-risk concerns Walmart selling price appears reasonably stable and not temporarily inflated Exact matching is extremely important. The model number, UPC, pack count, size, color, condition, and product specifications must match whenever applicable. Deliverables You will enter each opportunity into the provided Excel product-research template, including: Product name Walmart product URL eBay sourcing URL UPC or model number Brand eBay seller and feedback rating eBay item cost Shipping and other sourcing costs Total landed cost Walmart selling price Estimated Walmart fees Estimated outbound shipping cost Net profit per unit ROI Estimated Walmart monthly sales Number of Walmart sellers Available eBay quantity Exact-match confirmation Price-stability assessment Risk or restriction notes Any other relevant research notes Ideal Candidate The best candidate will have experience with one or more of the following: Walmart Marketplace product research Online arbitrage eBay sourcing Amazon or Walmart resale analysis Product matching using UPCs and model numbers Marketplace fee and ROI calculations Estimating Walmart sales volume Experience with Walmart research tools, DataSpark, WallySmarter, SellerAmp, Tactical Arbitrage, Keepa, Helium 10, or similar software is helpful. Paid Trial The role will begin with a small paid trial. During the trial, I will evaluate: Accuracy of product matching Accuracy of profitability calculations Quality of sales-volume estimates Ability to identify risks Number of genuinely usable opportunities Communication and attention to detail Quality is more important than submitting a high volume of weak leads.
