Virtual Assistant – Promotional Products Research & Shopify Product Listing

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with experience in the promotional products, screen printing, or custom apparel industry. Your primary responsibility will be sourcing products from industry suppliers and helping us build out product listings for our Shopify website. Responsibilities Source specific products from promotional product suppliers Gather product images, descriptions, specifications, and available colors Organize product information in a spreadsheet Upload products to our Shopify store (preferred) If Shopify experience is limited, provide all product information and assets so our team can upload them Assist with future product sourcing and website updates as needed Initial Project We need approximately 44 products added to our website, including: Custom Golf Towels Custom Rally Towels Custom Beach Towels Custom Bathrobes Preferred Qualifications Experience in the promotional products industry Familiarity with suppliers such as S&S Activewear, SanMar, Alphabroder, PCNA, HIT Promotional Products, Koozie Group, or similar Shopify experience Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Ability to work independently Potential for Ongoing Work This can turn into a long-term Virtual Assistant role for the right person. We regularly add new products and need ongoing support with product research, supplier sourcing, and website management.
