Summary

We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and versatile All-in-One Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow our Shopify e-commerce store. This role is a mix of technical Shopify administration, supplier outreach/sourcing, and basic content creation. If you are a self-starter who knows how to navigate the backend of Shopify, enjoys researching and building relationships with suppliers, and can help keep a website fresh with new content, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Supplier Sourcing & Outreach: Find reliable product sources, reach out to potential suppliers to open professional dropshipping accounts, and manage vendor relationships. Product Management: Upload new products to Shopify, write compelling product descriptions, set up pricing, and organize collections. Website Maintenance & Page Creation: Handle the day-to-day backend tasks of Shopify, troubleshoot basic issues, keep plugins updated, and design/add new pages as needed. Content Creation: Write SEO-friendly blog posts to drive traffic and design professional digital brochures/product catalogs. Dropshipping Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth order processing, tracking updates, and inventory management. Required Skills & Experience: Shopify Proficiency: Must have hands-on experience managing and updating Shopify stores (experience with landing page builders is a plus). Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills to confidently write blogs, draft outreach emails, and coordinate with suppliers. Design & Marketing: Experience using design tools like Canva to create clean, professional digital brochures or marketing graphics. Research Skills: Ability to independently search for high-quality products and find the right contact information for suppliers. Organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks without constant supervision.
