Virtual Assistant - Social Media + DM Management (Long Term)

Hiring a virtual assistant to manage my social media accounts and DM outreach. Full remote, asynchronous, long-term role with a 1-month paid trial. COMPENSATION - $3-5/hr USD, up to 25 hours/week. Weekly billing through Upwork. - Performance bonus: $5 USD per qualified lead that successfully converts to a scheduled engagement with me, paid as a bonus line item. No monthly cap. SCOPE - Manage my personal accounts on social and matching platforms - Handle outreach on my behalf in relevant groups, forums, and communities - Triage and vet incoming messages - Forward qualified leads to my personal channel with scheduling details locked - Brief reports: daily (1 line) and weekly (5-10 lines) REQUIREMENTS - Native or Bilingual English - 25 hours/week availability, asynchronous (you choose when) - Discretion required (NDA at hire) - Reliable response time (under 12 hours) TRIAL 1 month at the rates above.
