Virtual Assistant — Social Media + Operations

I run Lifespan Pilates certification center (Midtown Manhattan studio) and lead strategy for Romana's Pilates International, a global certification network. We're scaling but I'm bottlenecked on execution. I need someone who can move independently—creating engaging social content across platforms, managing member communications, and spotting gaps where expert help is needed. You'll own projects end-to-end. Some weeks you're designing engaging posts; others you're vetting a video producer or organizing accreditation workflows. Experience with booking platforms (Momence, Momence) and social content creation essential. Must communicate clearly in English and care about outcomes, not just tasks.
