Summary

I am looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to help with research, lead organization, and booking support for a keynote speaking, executive coaching, and corporate training business. The role is simple: Research relevant companies, events, conferences, universities, and organizations Find appropriate business contacts through approved public sources Organize leads inside Google Sheets or a simple CRM Send approved outreach messages and follow-ups Track replies, update the pipeline, and help coordinate next steps Support basic admin tasks related to speaking, coaching, and training opportunities You must have strong written English, excellent attention to detail, and experience with outbound research or B2B lead generation. Experience in the coaching, speaking, keynote, consulting, corporate training, events, or professional services industry is preferred.
