Virtual Assistant - UGC & Creator Sourcing (E-commerce)

CLARINE is a fast-growing women's watch brand scaling paid social on Meta. Our UGC engine is one of our biggest growth levers, and we need someone to own it end-to-end on the operational side: a steady flow of qualified creators in, great content out, fast and organized. THE ROLE: Keep our creator pipeline full and moving. You source and filter creators, get product into their hands, and make sure content comes back on time. You're not writing scripts or directing creative, we handle that. Your win is a reliable stream of qualified creators producing content we can actually run as ads. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Source and vet creators via Insense and Trybe, and run continuous campaigns so the pipeline never dries up. Cold outreach to TikTok Shop creators to hit targets. Create product orders in Shopify. Track every creator in Notion from order to delivery. Follow up on shipping, filming, and deadlines. Own all creator communication. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Experience managing UGC creators, e-commerce preferred. Familiar with creator platforms (Insense, Trybe), Shopify, and Notion. Strong written English.
