Summary

We are a small, family-run Australian web design agency seeking an organised virtual assistant with genuine writing ability. The core of the role is turning voice notes and rough dot points into finished proposals, scoping questionnaires, client copy and developer briefs, then keeping the daily admin moving so nothing falls through the cracks. This is not a data-entry role. You must write fluently in professional Australian or British English and work independently with minimal hand-holding. WordPress experience is a bonus, not a requirement. Around 10 hours per week to start, with room to grow.
