Virtual Assistant for Daily Social Media Posting, Classifieds, & Email Outreach

Job Description: We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage daily product/service postings, basic social media updates, and consistent email outreach. If you are highly organized, comfortable navigating different online platforms, and looking for a steady, ongoing daily task, we’d love to talk to you! Key Responsibilities: Classifieds & Marketplace Posting: Create and manage free daily listings across two Facebook Marketplace profiles, KSL (Utah classifieds), and Yelp. Daily Email Outreach: Send outbound emails to 20 potential customers per day using provided templates and lead lists. Google My Business (GMB): Schedule and schedule consistent, engaging daily updates/posts to keep our local business listing active. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Experience with Facebook Marketplace, KSL Classifieds, and Yelp business profiles. Familiarity with Google My Business / Google Business Profile management. Strong written English skills for sending professional, polite outreach emails. Excellent time management—you must be able to complete these daily tasks efficiently and consistently. A reliable, high-speed internet connection. Project Type: Ongoing / Hourly (approx. 1–5 hours per week to start).
