Summary

We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant to handle phone calls for a home-services lead generation business. Your only responsibility at the beginning will be calling homeowners who requested help finding a contractor. These are not cold calls. The homeowner has already submitted their phone number and asked for help. You will be paid per completed call attempt / per phone call, not hourly at first. What you’ll do: - Call homeowners quickly after a request comes in - Confirm what service they need - Confirm ZIP code / city - Confirm urgency - Confirm preferred language - Confirm they agree to be contacted by a contractor - Write short notes after each call - Mark the result of the call Call outcomes to track: - Reached homeowner - No answer - Wrong number - Call back later - Qualified lead - Not qualified Services include: - Plumbing - HVAC / AC repair - Electrical - Roofing - Garage doors - Restoration - Appliance repair - Other home services Ideal candidate: - Clear spoken English - Spanish is a plus - Comfortable making outbound phone calls - Fast response time - Organized with notes - Experience with appointment setting, dispatch, or home services is a plus Pay: Pay is per phone call / call attempt.
