Virtual Assistant for Growing Fashion E-commerce Brands (AI, Shopify & Product Management)

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company operating multiple premium fashion brands, selling primarily throughout Europe and the United States. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to become a long-term member of our team. If you enjoy working with Shopify, AI tools, and product management, we'd love to hear from you. Your Responsibilities — Write product descriptions using ChatGPT and Claude — Create SEO-friendly meta titles and meta descriptions — Create and upload product listings in Shopify — Upload, crop, and organize product images — Format product pages and ensure everything looks professional — Perform data entry and product-related administrative tasks — Assist with other e-commerce tasks as needed Requirements — Excellent written English — Experience with Shopify — Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools — Strong attention to detail — Basic image editing skills (cropping, resizing, organizing) — Able to follow processes and work independently — Reliable internet connection and good communication — Applicants based in the Philippines are strongly preferred Availability — Available 4–5 hours per day — Long-term position — You may work during your own preferred hours, but there must be at least 2–3 hours of overlap with European business hours (CET/CEST) each working day for communication and collaboration Nice to Have — Experience with SEO — Experience working for an e-commerce or fashion brand — Familiarity with Canva or Photoshop — Basic understanding of product merchandising What We Offer — Long-term collaboration — Friendly and professional team — Variety of interesting work across multiple international brands — Opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility over time To Apply Please include: — A short introduction about yourself — Your experience with Shopify — Your experience with ChatGPT and Claude — Examples of e-commerce brands you've worked with (if any) — Your hourly rate — Your availability (hours per week and your time zone) We look forward to hearing from you!
