I am the owner of All-Star Poop Patrol, a local service business based in North Carolina. I am looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, customer service, and data entry. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work independently. This is a part-time role with a focus on supporting our operations effectively. Responsibilities: Customer Liaison: Serve as the first point of contact via email, phone, and messaging to provide timely, professional support. Operations Support: Organize client records and manage service schedules within our "Sweep and Go" software. Lead Generation: Research residential and commercial leads (HOAs/property managers) and engage with local online community groups. Marketing: Monitor social media, schedule posts, and maintain our brand presence. Requirements: Proven experience as a VA or in a similar administrative role. Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, CRM software). Proactive, organized, and independent worker.
