Virtual Assistant for RE Media

We are a growing real estate media company that specializes in Videography and Photography. We work with realtors in residential and commercial and are obsessed with delivering consistent, high-quality media and a 10/10 client experience. We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us scale, while maintaining quality and efficiency. Role: Manage client scheduling, booking confirmations, and reminders. Oversee QC process for photos/videos before client delivery. Communicate with clients in a professional, friendly, and responsive manner. Maintain project tracking system (Notion, Asana, or Smartsuite). For VA / DM Outreach: Send 25+ personalized DM’s daily to realtors (scripts provided). Manage CRM: log contacts, update pipelines, track follow-ups. Support inbound/outbound lead gen tasks (email, social engagement). Requirements Proven experience in admin/VA role. Strong communication skills (English proficiency for client-facing roles). Ability to work U.S. business hours or overlap when necessary. High attention to detail and consistency.
