Virtual Assistant for Motorhome Listings

Virtual Assistant Needed – Motorhome Listings & Lead Video Uploads We are looking for a reliable, detail-focused Virtual Assistant to support our motorhome brokerage business. This is an ongoing role with flexible hours. The workload will vary each week depending on the number of new leads and vehicles we take on. Main Tasks 1. Lead Video Uploads For every new customer lead, you will upload/send a short video using our existing video platform. This is a simple task but needs to be done accurately and promptly. Approximate time: 1–2 minutes per lead You must have: Good Wi-Fi Good attention to detail Ability to follow a simple repeatable process 2. Motorhome Advert Creation You will create professional motorhome/campervan adverts using our step-by-step process. This includes: Uploading vehicle photos Uploading videos Creating adverts on our website and other platforms Using Dropbox, YouTube and other online tools Following a documented process carefully Making sure each listing is accurate and well-presented Approximate time: around 2 hours per vehicle Full training, documentation and video walkthroughs will be provided. The Right Person We are looking for someone who is: Highly organised Reliable and responsive Good with online platforms Comfortable uploading photos and videos Able to follow instructions step by step Good written English Detail-focused Honest about availability Able to work independently once trained Experience with vehicle adverts, e-commerce listings, WordPress, YouTube, Dropbox, Canva, CapCut or marketplace listings would be useful but not essential. Hours This is part-time and flexible. At the moment, we estimate a few hours per week, but the hours may increase as we take on more motorhomes and leads.
