Virtual Assistant for NYC Real Estate Sales

We are seeking a proactive, organized virtual assistant to support real estate sales and daily operations. Responsibilities: • Follow up with leads using approved scripts • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments • Keep CRM records accurate and track next steps • Research properties and market information • Prepare client emails and listing presentations • Organize contacts, documents, and daily tasks The ideal candidate has strong sales and communication skills, excellent written and spoken English, close attention to detail, and confidence using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and web-based tools.
