Virtual Assistant / Social Media & Marketing Support Role Part Time | Remote | Potential for Growth I am currently looking for a Virtual Assistant to support the growth of my personal brand and business, The Erotic Edge. My work focuses on Neuro Transformation, embodiment, intimacy, subconscious healing, relationship dynamics, and human connection. I work with successful people who want deeper intimacy, emotional freedom, authentic expression, and stronger connection within themselves and their relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, creative, emotionally intelligent, and experienced in supporting coaches, creators, educators, or personal brands. The role will begin at approximately 2 to 4 hours per day, with flexibility for increased hours during launches, workshops, masterclasses, and larger projects. Main Responsibilities: • Daily posting and scheduling of content across: - Instagram - Facebook - LinkedIn - YouTube • Repurposing long-form content into reels, shorts, posts, captions, and promotional material • Writing and polishing captions from voice notes and rough ideas provided by me • Community engagement: - Responding to comments and DMs - Supporting audience engagement and growth • Assisting with social media growth and audience consistency across platforms • Uploading and organising content • Supporting launches for workshops, masterclasses, coaching offers, and events • Assisting with funnels, CRM organisation, and backend systems using GoHighLevel • Basic admin and organisational support related to content and marketing Ideal Skills & Experience: • Fluent English communication • Experience working with creators, coaches, educators, or online brands • Familiarity with embodiment, intimacy, relationship, healing, or personal development topics • Comfortable working with mature and nuanced conversations around intimacy and human behaviour • Experience with: - GoHighLevel - Canva - CapCut - Descript - Meta Business Suite - AI tools for content support and workflow efficiency • Strong organisation and attention to detail • Ability to follow clear direction while bringing polished execution • Some overlap with Australian time zones preferred The Vision: Over the next 6 to 12 months, the goal is to continue growing a strong online presence through educational and transformational content, launch masterclasses and programs, build YouTube and LinkedIn visibility, scale workshops and events, and consistently repurpose content across platforms in a streamlined and professional way. Pay: Starting range is approximately $5 to $8 AUD per hour depending on experience, reliability, skill level, and alignment.
