Virtual Assistant Needed for Commercial Real Estate Company (Long-Term) We are a commercial real estate brokerage looking for a reliable part-time virtual assistant to help with marketing, organization, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities: • Update property listings on our website • Create and edit marketing flyers • Post listings on social media and online platforms • Organize photos, PDFs, and property information • Help maintain CRM/contact lists • Create email marketing campaigns • Perform online research • Assist with general administrative projects Experience preferred: • Wix website editing • Canva / graphic design • Mailchimp or email marketing • Excel / Google Sheets • Real estate experience is a plus Looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, responsive, and interested in building a long-term working relationship.
