Virtual Assistant for Sourdough Brand

I’m looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Virtual Assistant to help grow my sourdough baking brand. I’m looking for someone who can help with: Managing social media accounts, especially Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Creating and scheduling posts, reels, and stories Editing short-form videos for reels/TikTok Writing engaging captions Increasing followers and engagement in an authentic way Responding to comments and messages when needed Researching trends and suggesting content ideas Reaching out to influencers for collaborations Finding local hotels, resorts, event planners, Airbnb hosts, concierge services, and activity providers Contacting them to offer my sourdough workshops as an experience for their guests or clients Keeping track of outreach, replies, and follow-ups in an organized spreadsheet The ideal person is: Creative and detail-oriented Experienced with social media growth Comfortable with Canva, CapCut, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Good at writing friendly and professional messages in English Organized and able to follow up without being reminded Interested in food, baking, hospitality, or experiences Able to bring ideas and not just wait for instructions This role may start part-time, but I’m looking for someone who can grow with the business.
