Virtual Assistant for Supplier and Sourcing Agent Communication

Hi, I am looking for a reliable, fluent English-speaking Virtual Assistant to manage the communication between my brand and several sourcing agent companies in China. Your main job will be: Contact 6 to 7 different China sourcing agencies (such as Jingsourcing and others) that I provide or that you can find. Present my product requirements to them to organize a strict price and quote competition. Gather all quotes for the custom products, manufacturing, setup/mold fees, and shipping costs to New York. Organize everything into a clean comparison list so I can choose the single cheapest option. Coordinate the sample stage and warehouse inspection reporting with the winning agency. Requirements: Good internet connection and fast communication. Experience with e-commerce, talking to suppliers, or basic sourcing workflow is a big plus.
