Summary

I'm looking for a full time virtual assistant with high energy and a great attitude to answer phone calls, messages, and follow up with prospective clients. Must also be able to label documents, and organize them into correct client folders. It's very simple work, that requires consistent effort. Here is what we DON'T want: 1. People who burn out after a month - it takes a month to train a person, if you lose interest or enthusiasm quickly this job IS NOT FOR YOU. 2. People who are inactive at work - if you are content with doing the bare minimum this job IS NOT FOR YOU. When tasks assigned are finished, follow up on thousands of leads is available and during the working hours you are expected to work, not watch TV, fold laundry, or other personal chores or entertainment. This job requires effort, think of Chris Gardener in the pursuit of happiness, finding ways to make more quality phone calls, respond to more messages in a thoughtful manner, and not being content with hearing the word NO from prospective clients or I DON'T HAVE THE MONEY. 3. People who don't take the time to train themselves - You will be given a script which you will be responsible for knowing and sticking to the script. If you like to go off script and say whatever you want to say because you think your way is better this job IS NOT FOR YOU. Many people try going off script after about a month because they think they found a better way to book appointments, it never works. 4. People who are slow to respond - This job is a high speed, fast paced environment, if your internet is too slow, you have frequent power outages, or just don't know how to watch the notifications as they come in from your supervisor or boss, this job IS NOT FOR YOU. 5. People looking for an easy job - this job is challenging, the job itself is simple, the challenge and what makes this hard is the consistency. Running a marathon is simple, you put one foot in front of the other.... for 24 miles, simple, not easy. Consistency is key, showing up on time is key, reviewing your work after hours to try and improve is key. Now, let's talk about who this job IS FOR. A. This job is for people who want to be rewarded for their results - we offer bonuses based on performance. These are the people that double and triple their salary at the end of the month with each bonus. B. This job is for people who are polite, courteous and respectful - when people call, we don't cut them off, we sound happy to be at work because we are. We are grateful for the job opportunity and grateful that we work for a company that significantly helps people improve their lives. We help families stay together in a safe country, people to make more money at their work, and get people who have been stuck without an immigration status the ability to travel and go back home without a fear of not being able to come back to the US. C. This job is for people who are happy working towards a never ending goal - like bodybuilders, the body is never finished, the work in our office is never finished, there will always be people looking for our help, sometimes they don't want to pay for lawyers, but our job is to show them the benefits, past results, and show them that we are here to help them find a real solution to their problem that outweighs the amount they will pay for the benefits and results. Our employees all have goals, whether it is to make enough money to open their own business one day, or retire early on a beach somewhere living the good life. With hard work, and consistent effort, our goals are achievable, the only limit is you and your ability to book appointments. Hours are Mon-Sat 10 AM - 6 PM EST Pay: $144 per week base salary. Minimum of 20 appointments expected Bonus: After 20 appointments, $10 for each appointment will be paid. Application process: The application process involves recording a Script to hear your voice and pronunciation as well as to determine if you have any issues with your headset that can lead to bad performance and conversion rates. Clients do not want to book appointments when they hear chickens or dogs in the background and the constant breaking of audio. In addition to the script recording, the application process requires you to review some general information and take a short aptitude test to determine your ability to label documents correctly and answer frequent questions that may arise while on the phone with a potential client. Meetings are conducted via Google Meet. To start the application process, please send your resume with your email to be considered. Looking forward to your application, Greg Abrams - Hiring Manager Short Script to use for your video recording: Hello, this is the New York Immigration Attorney’s Law Office, my name is (your name), how can I help you today.
