Summary

I am looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who is smart, honest, fast and dedicated! This is for you if you work efficiently, and are insanely savvy with everything tech/digital. I'm looking for the person who has a sixth sense when it comes to making technical things work on autopilot. If you can show that you have a strong design-eye as well, then you just jumped to the top of my list. Sloppy design is my kryptonite. If you are a self-starter who asks great questions to ensure clarity and efficiency, then read on. I want to move fast, so you get shortlisted if you also have project management experience (I use Asana), a demonstrable ability to manage a digital business via Kajabi, and laser attention to details. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Set up, management and maintenance of all things Kajabi. Not just content - settings, admin, everything. - Building landing pages, sales pages, tripwire pages, opt-in pages etc using my templates in Kajabi - formatting accuracy essential - Building modules and client workflows in Kajabi - including video, audio, PDF downloads, formatting written content, uploading thumbnails and doing QA on both desktop and mobile versions - Zapier automations where necessary, but I am trying to host everything on Kajabi - Formatting emails and creating automated content workflows that build my business to operate like a machine - Helping to automate certain processes with Claude.ai (never ChatGPT) - but only after we have absolutely nailed it at least once together as human beings. - PII data handling accuracy and other manual tasks that should not be done in Claude because that would be a breach of privacy laws. WHO THIS IS NOT FOR: - This is NOT a social media management or content design VA job - I already have a great VA that focuses on this - she is great, I love her and she loves me. - If you need AI to teach you how to do most things that are technical, this is not the right job for you. And yes, I can tell when all your work is done with AI. - People who can't work efficiently. I will give you step-by-step instructions in most cases, so I expect efficiency. The ideal candidate can live anywhere - I work well with asynchronous communications - but I do prefer to work with people that can spend at least 50% of their allocated work hours in my timezone (AEST). While this is a temporary assignment initially (7-14 days), when the right person proves their value to me and my business, this project has the potential to expand into a long-term role. Ultimately, I am looking for my right-hand person to help me run all the technical back end and administrative tasks in my business so that I can focus on growing the number of people I can support with my offers and services. Those who read this in full will have an extra advantage because they will know that adding your Human Design chart to your submission will not only help you to stand out amongst the crowd, it will demonstrate your attention to detail.
