Position Overview Premier Nursecare Solutions PLLC is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Virtual Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator to support our growing healthcare consulting, staffing, education, and home care business. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, skilled in digital marketing, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple projects. This individual will serve as a key support person for administrative operations, social media management, website maintenance, marketing initiatives, research projects, employee onboarding activities, and business development support. Healthcare experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience working with home care, healthcare consulting, staffing agencies, nursing services, or HIPAA-regulated organizations. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Executive Support ● Manage and organize business documents, files, spreadsheets, and digital records ● Create, edit, and maintain forms, templates, policies, procedures, and business documents ● Conduct internet research and compile findings into organized reports ● Assist with project management and follow-up tasks ● Coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and reminders ● Maintain organized systems for business operations and workflow management ● Prepare professional correspondence, presentations, and reports Website Development & Maintenance ● Build, update, and maintain company websites ● Ensure website content remains current and accurate ● Create and update landing pages, service pages, and blog content ● Optimize websites for user experience and lead generation ● Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate technical updates ● Experience with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms preferred Social Media Marketing & Management ● Develop and implement social media content calendars ● Create and schedule engaging posts across multiple platforms ● Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media channels ● Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages as directed ● Assist with social media growth strategies and audience engagement ● Research industry trends and relevant content opportunities ● Track social media analytics and performance metrics Graphic Design & Content Creation ● Design professional marketing materials including: ● Flyers ● Brochures ● Social media graphics ● Business presentations ● Educational materials ● Promotional content ● Create branded content using Canva and other design tools ● Maintain consistent company branding across all materials AI & Technology Support ● Utilize AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency ● Assist with document creation and formatting ● Create templates, guides, and training materials using AI-assisted tools ● Support automation projects and workflow improvements ● Generate professional business documents, SOPs, forms, and marketing content Human Resources & Onboarding Support ● Assist with employee onboarding processes ● Organize personnel files and onboarding documentation ● Track required employee documents and credentials ● Assist with training materials and onboarding checklists ● Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies Healthcare Compliance & Business Support ● Maintain strict confidentiality regarding business and client information ● Follow HIPAA and healthcare privacy standards ● Assist with healthcare-related administrative tasks ● Support consulting, staffing, home care, and educational business operations Qualifications Required: ● Exceptional organizational and time-management skills ● Strong written and verbal communication skills ● Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace ● Experience with Canva and graphic design ● Social media marketing experience ● Website management experience ● Strong research and problem-solving abilities ● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ● High attention to detail and accuracy ● Reliable internet connection and home office setup Preferred: ● Experience working with healthcare organizations ● Knowledge of HIPAA compliance ● Home care, healthcare staffing, or nursing industry experience ● Experience with CRM systems ● Familiarity with project management software ● Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms ● WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or GoHighLevel experience Ideal Candidate Traits We are looking for someone who is: ● Highly organized ● Self-motivated ● Detail-oriented ● Professional ● Dependable ● Tech-savvy ● Creative ● Resourceful ● Adaptable ● Committed to excellence Position Details ● Remote Position ● Flexible Schedule ● Part-Time with potential for Full-Time growth ● Competitive compensation based on experience ● Opportunity for long-term growth within a rapidly expanding healthcare business
