Virtual Interviewer for Caregiving Agency

We are seeking an interviewer to support our in-home caregiving agency by conducting virtual interviews with potential caregivers, via Zoom. The role involves conducting interviews, recording sessions, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates. We use a platform called Pipefy to manage the applicant process. Strong English conversation skills and a willingness to learn the nuances of the candidate experience, as well as local job market idiosyncracies, will be important to achieve success. This is a part-time, ongoing opportunity for someone who can communicate clearly, organize efficiently and effectively, and help maintain a positive candidate experience.
