Welcome to an opportunity with unlimited growth potential! I am COACH LUCY Q & I am hiring a Virtual Operations Assistant to become my remote right hand. This is not a basic VA position. This is a Growth Opportunity if you are the ideal candidate. “Why are you the right person to help a busy business owner stay organized, on track, and fully supported?” I am looking for someone highly organized, responsible, professional, and proactive who can help manage the daily administrative flow of a fast-moving business. You must be able to help with: *Answering phone calls professionally *Managing emails, messages, and follow-ups *Calendar coordination *Daily task management *Client, vendor, and team communication *Organizing documents and information *Event/admin support *Keeping track of pending items *Sending daily updates without being reminded The right person is calm, detail-oriented, reliable, and excellent with follow-through. I do not want someone I have to babysit, chase, or remind over and over. I want someone who can take ownership, communicate clearly, and help remove admin work from my plate so I can focus on the things only I can do. Ideal Candidate Bilingual English/Spanish A Must Follows Directions precisely Strong written and verbal communication Excellent phone presence Highly organized Detail-oriented Reliable and consistent Comfortable with Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and task management tools Able to work during Eastern Time business hours Experienced supporting business owners, executives, coaches, real estate professionals, or event-based businesses is a plus Personality Fit The ideal person will have a High S / High C DISC profile. I am looking for someone steady, structured, loyal, organized, and dependable.
