Virtual Receptionist for a Small Cleaning Company

We are a small cleaning company looking for a reliable virtual receptionist to answer incoming calls and make a few outbound calls as needed. We receive fewer than 5 incoming calls per day, and you may need to make fewer than 2 outbound calls per day. Responsibilities * Answer all incoming calls during business hours. * Answer simple customer questions according to the script provided. * Provide pricing to potential customers using the pricing guide provided. * Handle basic customer objections and work to convert inquiries into booked appointments. * Make occasional outbound follow-up calls as needed. Requirements * Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional phone voice. * Friendly, confident, and customer-focused. * Able to follow scripts and pricing guidelines accurately. * Available to answer calls between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central Time (U.S.). * Comfortable speaking with customers and booking appointments. Compensation I am open to either a fixed monthly payment or a per-call payment system, since the call volume is very low. In addition, I offer a bonus for every new customer you successfully book.
